We are located in the hospital district just south of John Peter Smith Hospital. From the south take the Berry St./TCU Exit and from the north take the Rosedale/Allen Exit.

We are between Allen and Berry on Hemphill St. on the west side of the road in a free standing red brick building with white pillars. The sign says "Pruitt Chiropractic Clinic" which was established in 1949.
